Adzwan graduated in 2003 with Bachelor of Town and Regional Planning (Hons) from MARA University of Technology (UiTM), Malaysia. He began his career as a Town Planner with Focus Architects Group of Companies in Petaling Jaya.
Prior to join Urban Scale Studio, he acquired a vast working experience in the Government sectors as well as in Property Developers company.
In 2004, he joined Johor Bahru City Council (MBJB) and subsequently promoted to Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) as an Urban Planners. He was given an opportunity to spearhead Planning Control Unit in Centre Business District area namely KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Kampong Baru, development along Jalan Ampang, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Tun Razak .
Later in 2012, he joined NAZA TTDI Sdn Bhd as Land Admin & Authority Liaisons Head of Dept. in charged for NAZA Group high impact projects such as KL Metropolis in Jalan Duta, Platinum Park at KLCC, TTDI Alam Impian in Shah Alam and TTDI Ascencia in Taman Tun Dr Ismail.
Currently he acting as Managing Partners in Urban Scale Studio handling various projects with clients in property developers such as MRCB, Tradewinds, Sime Darby, PHB, Berjaya Land and many others.
He also a members of Malaysian Institute of Planners (MIP).
